• Before founding Theseus, Dan’s career included entrepreneurial and senior managerial experience in entertainment, media and telecoms businesses. At the pan-European media group ProSiebenSat1 where he was the Chief New Media Officer and a member of the Group Executive Board; at British Telecom where he was the Deputy Managing Director of BT’s Consumer division and CEO of BT TV; at Universal Studios Networks where he was the Deputy CEO of the worldwide business and later ran the UK business and at TV3-Russia which he co-founded and where he was the General Director. Dan started his career as a documentary film producer and director.

  • Anouska is a lawyer and business affairs executive with over fifteen years’ experience working with leading media and entertainment franchises. She spent nearly ten years working with Neil Blair, J.K. Rowling’s agent, during which time she oversaw all of the commercial activity relating to Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts. More recently, she was COO and General Counsel for Matthew Vaughn and Claudia Schiffer’s MARV Studios, owner of the Kingsman brand.

  • Polly joined Theseus after 15 years freelancing in theatre and entertainment as a designer - creating worlds and characters, and bringing performance to life, across the UK, Europe and the US - for both stage and screen. Polly also has a background in academic and health science publishing, and has held the position of Editor for publications including the British Journal of Nursing.

  • Ben’s experience combines PR and management in media and food. He joined Multitude Media shortly after its launch, where he spent five years running campaigns for a range of clients across entertainment and sport. He has also studied food and sustainability at Anna Tasca Lanza and run a number of food businesses.

  • Louise started her career in literary management with at Blake Friedman Literary Agency after graduating from university. After a detour working at Women in Film and Television UK, and then at Sally Hope Associates representing actors and designers, she set up her own agency in late 2019. Over three years working solo, Louise built up a client list of writers and performers and joined Theseus in 2023.
